Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, we deliver to Haiti, Bahamas and the Dominican Republic. We plan to expand to other Caribbean countries in the future.

How do I return an item?

To return a product:

  2. Receive approval and return instructions

  3. Ship the item following the provided guidelines

Important: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Customers pay return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Which items cannot be returned?

  • Electronics that have been opened, activated, or used

  • Clearance or promotional items

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will provide instructions for replacement or refund. Failure to report within 48 hours may affect eligibility.

Can I pick up my order instead of shipping?ong item?

Yes. Where available, customers can choose to pick up their order in person at a designated pickup location. Pickup will be offered during checkout if the option applies to your order.
